Applied Safety & Equipment strives to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items purchased from our website or at our physical stores.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Condition:
    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

4. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service department via phone or email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Ship the Item: Ship the item(s) back to us using a traceable shipping method. Please retain proof of postage.
  4. Include RMA Number: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

5. Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Shipping costs for returned items are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

6. Exchanges

  • For eligible exchanges, please contact customer service to arrange the exchange.
  • If the replacement item has a different price, the difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
